  • A form is a feature of Microsoft Access that allows the database user to add data more easily.
  • Although forms do not exist in commercial or industrial databases, they normally have some user interface for working with them.
  • Forms consist of multiple elements that allow data to be easily viewed, modified and added.

  • Forms allow us to display information in a more presentable way that allows easy updating of the database
